I was born in 1979 in Quēbec city, by the side of the St-Laurents river which the Aborigens here have named "Le chemin qui marche", meaning "the path that walks".

So I grew up as a Canadian even though my parents are from the United States. The consequence is a strange mix of blood. My mom is a descendant of Cochise (brother in law of reknown Apache Indian Geronimo), mixed with Spanish Conquistador... On my father's side, is a blend of Irish, Tchekoslovac, Dutch... so one wonders why I'm not a nationalist...

I went through the common education system and meanwhile, absorbed from science, philosophy and the mystical traditions of the world. Since childhood years, a love for nature and it's multiple kingdoms: from dinosaurs to birds, trees and supernovas, to finally... man... I absorbed from science, philosophy, but also I studied and explored the mystical traditions throughout the world (from past, present and out of time...).

All of this contributed probably in a kind of integrated, multi-dimensional human being, reflecting Delphe's inscription: Be, know thyself, and keep the measure. Music has always been a means of ecstasy, but also, a way to communicate and express the ever-close dimensions beyond the known. I've been through the years, greatly inspired (and infected) by Hindusthani, the arabian, persian traditions, but also reggae, dub, electronic, hip-hop... and a well integrated blend of all this through the form of Laszlo Hortobagyi's work (which continues to haunt the forests, lakes and montains... and a strange fellow-monkey wearing headphones, riding on a bike and gazing at the stars... Among other things, as a musician, I 've tried integrating the Hindustani ragas to rather uncommon instruments for this, such as the medieval ''vihuela'', and flutes that I brought back from trips in central America.
